fe33 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the fe33 platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and us.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the fe33 platform and all related services, games and features. By using the fe33 website (https://fe33.cam), you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. To use the fe33 platform, you must fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. By registering or logging in to the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.

fe33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email or via a notice on the platform.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on fe33, users must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and truthful.
  • It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure.

Account Verification

fe33 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Certain account functions may be restricted until verification is complete. Verification typically requires a copy of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID.

Account Security

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our support team. fe33 is not liable for any loss arising from the user's negligence.

3 Age Verification

Important: fe33 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. fe33 may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

If evidence is found that a false age has been provided on any account, that account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on fe33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
  • Depositing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The following terms apply to withdrawals from fe33:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Funds will always be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

fe33 is committed to preventing money laundering. Accounts may be reviewed for suspicious transactions and withdrawals may be delayed.

Payment Fees

fe33 does not charge any transaction fees itself. However, your payment service provider (such as bKash, Nagad) may apply charges according to their own policies — those fees are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fe33 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus offer has specific terms and conditions that must be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).

General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may only be claimed once (except for specific offers).
  • Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Specific games or bet types may apply towards completing the wagering requirement.
  • If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
  • fe33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

VIP Program

fe33's VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

fe33 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. Advance notice will be provided for any changes.

6 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on fe33 are governed by specific rules. If a technical error occurs during game operation, fe33 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet.

Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). fe33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment.

Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

  • If a technical error prevents the game from completing properly.
  • If a software error causes incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed.
  • If the user is found to be involved in any fraudulent activity.

Maximum Bet and Payout Limits

Each game and betting market has its own maximum bet and payout limits. For details on limits, refer to the information section of the relevant game or contact our support team.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe33 platform:

  • Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Abusing bonuses, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Using any software, bots or automated systems to operate games.
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
  • Threatening or harassing other users or fe33 staff.
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

fe33 may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
  • At the user's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. All pending transactions will be processed before the account is closed and any valid balance will be returned.

Account Recovery

If your account has been suspended, you can contact fe33 support to find out the reason and, where applicable, submit a request for reinstatement.

9 Responsible Gaming

fe33 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertainment activity — never a solution to financial problems.

  • You can set deposit limits, session limits or temporary breaks on your account.
  • You can self-exclude for a set period or permanently through our support team.
  • Seek professional help if you have a gambling problem.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the fe33 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and code — is the intellectual property of fe33. Reproduction, distribution or modification of any content without prior written permission from fe33 is prohibited, except for personal use.

The software and content of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) remain the intellectual property of the respective providers.

12 Limitation of Liability

fe33 is not liable for the following:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or temporary server unavailability.
  • Delays or losses caused by errors on the part of third-party payment service providers.
  • Loss caused by the user's negligence or failure to keep account information secure.
  • Unexpected technical errors or natural disasters.

fe33 always strives to maintain service quality. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

13 Changes & Amendments

fe33 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes, we will:

  • Post a notice on the platform.
  • Notify registered users by email.
  • Clearly state the effective date of the updated terms.

If you continue using the platform after the updated terms have been published, it will be assumed that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you will always have the option to close your account.
